Psychedelic Consultation & Practitioner Mentorship
Individual consultation and ongoing mentorship for therapists, psychedelic practitioners, facilitators, and educators developing their work with psychedelics, integration, and non-ordinary states.
Supporting people through powerful experiences asks us to keep learning—about the experiences themselves, the relationships involved, and our own responses. I offer a collaborative space to think through professional questions, deepen your understanding of integration, and develop greater clarity in how you hold space for others.
The work of holding space
Support for the Questions That Emerge in Practice
Working with psychedelics and non-ordinary states can bring questions that stay with you long after a session, training, or conversation ends.
How do you support someone whose experience has unsettled their sense of identity? How do you respond when your own emotions enter the relationship? How do you recognize the limits of your role, approach a boundary question, or support integration as it unfolds over time?
You may also be finding your place in the field: bringing this work into an existing practice, developing an educational offering, or clarifying the kind of practitioner you want to become.
Consultation and mentorship offer dedicated time to explore these questions, examine your assumptions, and consider thoughtful next steps.
Reflection & discernment
A Place to Think More Deeply About Your Work
Training gives us concepts, frameworks, and skills. Practice brings us into contact with individual lives, complex relationships, and situations that ask for ongoing discernment.
An outside perspective can help you notice what is shaping your understanding: the models you rely on, the meanings you assign to an experience, and the expectations you bring to your role.
Together, we can consider different ways of understanding a situation, explore what remains uncertain, and clarify where further learning, consultation, or referral may be useful.
My intention is to support your capacity to think carefully, remain curious, and develop a professional approach grounded in self-awareness, ethical reflection, and respect for the people you serve.
What We Can Explore Together
Our conversations are shaped by your experience, your professional role, and the questions emerging in your work.
Integration & Non-Ordinary States
Explore meaning-making, challenging experiences, spiritual emergence, and the ways integration unfolds through relationships and everyday life.
Ethics, Boundaries & Relationships
Reflect on consent, power, relational dynamics, your own responses, and the responsibilities and limits of your professional role.
Professional Identity & Development
Clarify your direction, identify areas for further learning, and develop an approach that reflects your training, values, and experience.
Education & Practice Development
Think through integration groups, workshops, educational offerings, and how to communicate the purpose and scope of your work.
How we work
A Somatic, Process-Relational Approach
My approach draws from counseling, somatic psychology, transpersonal perspectives, and years of developing psychedelic education and professional training.
We begin with the questions you bring. We may explore a professional situation, a recurring relationship pattern, a question about integration, or a decision about the direction of your work.
Alongside the concepts and frameworks that help us understand experience, we pay attention to what is happening in the relationship and within you: emotions, bodily responses, assumptions, uncertainty, and the meanings taking shape.
This creates room to understand your responses and consider different possibilities. We connect those reflections to practical choices, further learning, and the responsibilities of your role.
Consultation & Mentorship
Bring a focused question to a single consultation, or make space for ongoing reflection and professional development through a three-month mentorship. All sessions take place online.
Individual Consultation
A focused conversation around a professional question, integration challenge, ethical consideration, educational idea, or decision about your work.
We explore the context, consider relevant perspectives, and clarify next steps that fit your role and experience.

About Kyle
I'm Kyle Buller, a counselor, educator, and co-founder of Psychedelics Today and Vital Psychedelic Training.
My work brings together psychedelic education, integration, somatic psychology, breathwork, and the exploration of non-ordinary states. Through teaching, developing training programs, and conversations with practitioners across the field, I've spent years considering what it takes to support people through powerful experiences and the changes that follow.
I hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Somatic Psychology and a bachelor's degree in Transpersonal Psychology. My approach is shaped by professional training, lived experience, and a sustained interest in the relationships between psyche, body, meaning, and change.
In consultation and mentorship, I bring these perspectives into a collaborative conversation about your work, your questions, and the practitioner you are becoming.
