Founder Coaching for the Human Side of Leadership
Private coaching for founders, entrepreneurs, and small business owners navigating the personal and professional challenges of building something meaningful.
Building a business can test your judgment, stretch your relationships, and challenge your sense of who you are. I offer a grounded space to navigate difficult decisions, explore the personal dimensions of leadership, and develop clarity and intention in how you lead and build.
The work behind the work
The Human Side of Building a Business
Running a business is deeply personal.
You may be carrying the weight of important decisions, struggling with boundaries, navigating tension with partners, employees, and other relationships, or questioning whether the direction of your business still aligns with the life you want to create.
Under pressure, familiar patterns can emerge: taking on too much, avoiding a difficult conversation, second-guessing yourself, or feeling responsible for everyone else's experience.
Leadership is relational. How we relate to ourselves shapes our decisions. How we approach conflict, uncertainty, and responsibility influences the relationships and cultures we create.
Perspective & discernment
Why an Outside Perspective Matters
When you're deeply immersed in building and running a business, it can be difficult to see the bigger picture. You're navigating competing priorities, complex relationships, uncertainty, and the emotional weight of decisions that affect other people.
An outside perspective creates room to examine assumptions, notice recurring patterns, and consider possibilities that are hard to see from inside the day-to-day demands of your work.
AI and other tools can help you gather information, organize ideas, and think through strategy. Leadership also asks you to work with the human experience behind those decisions: emotions, relationships, values, and the ways you respond under pressure.
Effective leadership requires discernment. Some moments call for careful analysis and evidence. Others call for slowing down, noticing your intuition, and exploring what your emotional and bodily experience might be telling you. Together, these sources of information can support more thoughtful choices.
Coaching offers a confidential, collaborative space to reflect, gain perspective, and find more intentional ways forward.

How we work
A Somatic, Process-Relational Approach
My coaching draws from somatic psychology, depth-oriented inquiry, relational perspectives, and my experience building and leading a mission-driven organization.
We begin with the challenges you're navigating in your business and leadership. Together, we explore the assumptions influencing your thinking, the emotions accompanying difficult decisions, the patterns emerging in your relationships, and the ways stress and uncertainty show up in your body.
You may know you need to have a difficult conversation and still find yourself avoiding it. You may become defensive under pressure, take on too much responsibility, or struggle to trust your judgment. These are useful starting points for inquiry.
Through reflective dialogue, emotional and somatic awareness, and practical exploration, we look for new ways of responding. We bring what you learn back to the decisions, conversations, and actions of everyday leadership.

About your coach
About Kyle
I'm Kyle Buller, a counselor, educator, and co-founder of Psychedelics Today and Vital Psychedelic Training.
For more than a decade, my work has explored psychology, consciousness, human development, and how people navigate meaningful change. I've also spent years helping build and lead a mission-driven organization: developing educational programs, working through partnerships, making difficult decisions, and experiencing the personal demands of entrepreneurship.
That experience has shaped my understanding of leadership. Building something you care about can bring questions about responsibility, relationships, identity, and what kind of life you want your work to support.
I bring my founder experience together with training in counseling, somatic psychology, and relational approaches to offer thoughtful support around the human dimensions of work and leadership.
